Roly Ploy's

Yummy cinnamon & sugar swirls inside crispy all butter crust. Just use leftover pie crust or mix up dough just for these yummy treats!

2 Cups Flour
1/2 TSP Salt
1 Heaping TSP Sugar
12 Tablespoons Butter cut in small pieces
1 TSP Vanilla
Cold Water Enough to pull dough together 5 to 8 TBS
Stir dry ingredients together. Cut in the butter until you have fine crumbs. Now add vanilla & water & stir together until you have dough. Roll out on a well floured surface as you would for pie crust. Now cover the surface with melted butter, sprinkle with generous amount of cinnamon & sugar. Roll like a jelly roll or cinnamon rolls. Cut into slices & bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 25 minutes or until they are a nice golden brown. Remove from pan while warm & let cool as long as you can wait before munching!
