32 Ounce Beef Broth

32 Ounce Bag Frozen Mixed Vegetables

32 Ounce Frozen Broccoli Cauliflower Medley

1 Onion Medium Peeled and Diced

Salt and Pepper to taste

1 TBS Chopped Garlic

2 TBS Chopped Parsley

In a deep pot brown your beef, Drain and return to pot. Add  everything else and simmer until potatoes are done about 40 minutes but test to be sure potatoes are soft.
