This is a delicious meal or serve as a side dish!
2 Packages of Asian Gourmet Wide Lo Mein Noodles cooked according to package. Drain & set aside
In a large skillet, I used my black iron skillet melt 2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil.
In the oil saute 1 package of thawed Birds Eye Sugar Snap Stir Fry Vegetables. Cook for about 5 minutes stirring often. Now add 2 teaspoons crushed garlic & 1/4 cup soy sauce stir. Add noodles & cook & stir for about 5 minutes! SERVE! YUMMY!

BEST PART: the next day I added enough chicken broth, you could use veggie broth, reheated the whole thing & had a GREAT SOUP!
