Doubly Diabolical The Devil Made Me Do It Chocolate Brownies

                                                                         

One huge pan of brownies with that sinfully dark chocolate that you know you have been craving! Makes a pan 11 inches by 15 inches full of chewy, moist sinful brownies! The Devil Made Me Do it, but I am glad I did!

1&1/3 Cup Softened Butter
2 & 2/3 Cup Sugar
1 TSP Vanilla
4 Eggs
2 Cups Flour
1 Cup Hershey's Extra Dark Baking Cocoa
1/2 Tsp Salt.                                                                   
12 Ounce Bag of Nestles SEmi Sweet Toll House Morsels
Spray or grease your pan & preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat Butter until fluffy, add sugar & beat that until it is fluffy. Now beat in eggs & vanilla. Stir all your dry ingredients together & then lowly beat a little at a time into your butter mixture. Beat until all is blended well & your batter should be fluffy. Now stir in the Nestle Chocolate Chips. Spoon batter into your prepare pan & smooth out to make even. Bake 35 to 45 minutes check at 35 minutes insert toothpick or sharp knife it should come out clean with no wet batter & brownies should be slightly puffed up with a crackle surface! So easy, so good! It looks like a lot of brownies but for some reason they just disappear in no time at all! ENJOY!

Caramel Apple Goodie

                                                                         

Caramel Apple Goodie is not quite Apple Crisp & not quite a Cobbler it is somewhere in between & that is a GREAT place to be! Super easy to make & great warm or cold. Add Whipped Cream or Vanilla Ice Cream if you desire! DELICIOUS!

2 Large Apples or 4 small, peeled, cored & sliced thin like you would for pie.
2/3 Cup Sugar
3 Heaping TBS Shortening
1 & 1/ Cups Flour
1/2 TSP Salt
1 TSP Baking Powder
1 Large Egg beaten well use 2 if they are small
1/2 Cup & 2 TBS Sour Milk
1/2 TSP Baking Soda
2 TSP Vanilla
2 TSP Cinnamon
1 Cup Caramel Sauce I used Smuckers
Grease a deep 9 inch pie plat & preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl whisk together shortening & sugar until fluffy, you can use a mixer but by hand did just fine. Add the beaten egg & beat again. Stir the baking soda into the sour milk & stir until it foams up. Now beat that into your shortening mixture. Stir the remaining dry ingredients together & then stir them into the batter. Now stir in the prepared apples & stir well. Dump this into your prepared pie pan. Pour the caramel sauce over the top evenly over everything Now make these fabulous crumbs!
CRUMBS:
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
3 Heaping TBS Flour
1 TSP Cinnamon
Dash of Salt
3 TBS Cold Butter
Stir the dry together, cut in the butter to make crumbs. Spread the crumbs evenly over your apple batter. Bake at 350 degrees 35 to 45 minutes until batter is set & apples are tender! Serve warm or cold with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream if you wish! SO GOOD! 

Cowboy Pork & Beans!

                                                                         
Cowboy Pork & Beans is a meal, a very simple, easy to fix hearty meal! Crock-Pot or oven baked this is great way o make Pork & Beans into the main dish! I already have Cowboy Beans made with burger on this blog but the pork version is great too! ENJOY!

2, 28 Ounce size of Baked Beans, use your favorite I used Bushes Original
1 Large Onion Chopped
6 Large Potatoes Peeled Chopped in  large bite size pieces
2 Pounds Pork Loin cut in large but bite size pieces
1/3 Cup Ketchup
1/3 Cup Brown sugar
2 TBS Chopped Parsley
Dump everything into the crock-pot & cook on low 6 hours. Or place everything into a large deep casserole cover & bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours uncover for the last 1/2 hour, stir & return to the oven for that last 1/2 hour or until potatoes are fork tender. Ring that dinner bell & watch your cowboys come running for the grub! Serves 6 large portions!  Just cut recipe in 1/2 for 3 to 4 people!
